The intimacy of the groups usually 15 participants allows for personal attention and a better understanding of the French idiosyncrasies .

Food is an important facet of French life and all trips incorporate culinary experiences from visits of fabulous markets, to cooking classes, to visits to an artisan cheese maker or rare spirits tasting in an ancient distillery or an indulgent 8 course dinner where a carefully orchestrated symphony of flavors and textures is beautifully presented on fine china.
